Application Registration Requirements
Association documents govern the leasing and guest occupancy of all units as follows:

Application Documents
SALES:
For sales (any transfer of ownership or changes to deed), please complete and submit the “Sale Application” document. Fee and background check required.
LEASES:
For new leases (both annual and seasonal), please complete and submit the “Lease Application” document. Fee and background check required. Limit one lease per 12 month period. 3 month minimum, 9 month maximum lease period.
For returning leases (prior registered seasonal tenants within the past three years), please complete and submit the “Pre-Screened Lease Application” document. Reduced fee required. Limit one lease per 12 month period. 3 month minimum, 9 month maximum lease period.
GUESTS:
For related guests who will occupy the unit while the owner is not in simultaneous residency (term under 30 days), please complete and submit the “Related Guest Application” document. Minimum 10 day prior notice required. No limit per year. No fee required. Occupying related guests are required to submit proof of relation to the primary owner (by blood, marriage or adoption) to the following degree: parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, or sibling.

RESIDENTS:
For related residents who will occupy the unit while the owner is not in simultaneous residency, please complete and submit the “Related Resident Application” document. No limit per year. Fee and background check required. Residents are required to submit proof of relation to the primary owner (by blood, marriage or adoption) to the following degree: parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, or sibling.
For not related residents who will occupy the unit simultaneously with the owner for a term over 30 days, please complete and submit the “Non-Related Resident Application” document. Fee and background check required.

- Any non-owner (guest or tenant, related or non-related) that is in residence over 30 days (when the unit owner is in simultaneous residency or not in simultaneous residency) must submit the appropriate application registration with the association.
- There is no requirement for application registration with the association of overnight guests (when the unit owner is in simultaneous residency) if that guest occupancy is under 30 days.
